When you interact with Prodaxis through our website, WhatsApp Business services, Facebook Page, or related platforms, we may collect the following:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Business details such as company name, GSTIN, and address
• WhatsApp message history with our business account
• Communication logs and support interactions
• Payment and billing information

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

In your email, please include:

1. Your full name
2. The phone number or email address associated with your data
3. A brief description of the data you wish to have deleted

• We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days
• We will complete the deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law (such as for tax or audit purposes under Indian law)
• You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Some anonymised analytics data may be retained as it is no longer linked to you personally.

Certain data must be retained as required by Indian regulations:

• GST and tax records — retained for 8 years per Indian tax law
• Records required under the Information Technology Act, 2000
• Information needed for ongoing legal proceedings, if any

This retained data is stored securely and never used for marketing or shared with third parties beyond what's required by law.
